Our fees are carefully constructed to reflect the complexity of a particular procedure, the expertise needed and also the facilities and nursing staff required. We feel that our fees represent good value for money and we will never try to sell you a service or product that your pet doesn’t need.
We do however realise that veterinary fees can mount up, often in an emergency, so we will always give you an estimate of fees and keep you informed of any on-going costs. We encourage you to discuss treatment costs and any payment concerns with your vet as soon as possible to ensure that both parties have a clear understanding. Pet insurance which covers fees and treatment is highly recommended to all of our owners. We are unable to recommend a particular brand of pet insurance but we will do our best to help you with any questions you may have.
