What is the VidiVet app?

Think of it as NHS 111 for your pets. If you are worried about your pet at any time, you can send your query to a vet on the VidiVet app and get a personalised video response direct to your phone for immediate advice!

VidiVet keep us in the loop with any updates on your pets so that we are ready to help.

How do I use VidiVet?

The first step is to sign up using the form below, all our Lifetime Care Club Unlimited members get complimentary access to VidiVet. Once you have completed the form, you will be shown a link to download the app. That’s it! You now have access to a helpful vet team whenever we are closed.

Are VidiVet vets qualified?

Yes. All VidiVets’ vets are Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) registered and a minimum of 5 years qualified to ensure we are operating at the highest level.

How much is Vidivet?

We see so much value in VidiVet that we’re covering the cost for all Lifetime Care Club Unlimited members; it’s FREE whenever you need it.

Do I need a smartphone to use VidiVet?

The VidiVet app is available on smartphones, tablets and some of the latest Apple computers only. Your device will need to have a webcam and a microphone. You’ll also need to ensure that you have a good internet or data connection. The VidiVet app may not work on older devices or some of the latest Huawei devices.

Can I use VidiVet during the day?

VidiVet is available 24/7, 365 days a year, but the team at Cedar Vets are always on hand to help with any questions during our opening hours.
