Being independent means transparency is part of our culture
We’ve been part of Hampshire life since the 19th century, and are proud to have remained independent throughout that time.
Our independent status means we have the freedom to do what we think is right for our clients and their pets.
For example, we have put a lot of thought and care into our Lifetime Care Club, which offers members complete transparency by splitting the yearly cost of preventative care into 12 monthly payments.
We believe preventative care is the best way to help pets to live long, happy and healthy lives, and our Lifetime Care Club is designed to deliver a tailored service for every member.
Some surgeries and other complex procedures are difficult to accurately price in advance but we will always aim to discuss these costs with you and provide an estimate.
Should costs change or should this not be possible in an emergency we’ll always do everything we can to communicate with you, before any procedure, and throughout the process. Wherever possible we’ll lay out our fixed prices for complete clarity.
